This product arrived on 12.29.2009 but the expiration date is 07.2010. Although it still has 7 months to get expired, I just can’t believe the bottles stayed in somewhere else for 3 years before it got to my place. I’d rather grab it in CVS or RiteAid next time.

I take this because I am not allowed iron supplements. The product has a complete mix but not an excess of anything. This is best because the long term effects of high doses of some vitamins is still unkown. This product covers all the bases to make sure you get at least the minimum required for health. Made by a reputable company so you do not need to worry about where it came from or what is in it. Some other less well known brands have had contamination problems (such as lead) or sub-potency. This is a good safe complete product.

I have been taking Centrum Silver for the past 18 month, have not gotten sick once. I feel slightly more energized, has a good balance of everything your body needs. I highly suggest it to anyone looking for a simple multivitamin to help meet your basic needs.
