Ok, people, this is NOT worthit buying. One caplet has like 3% daily value. I rather recommand to buy some bananas if you’re serious about potassium. Banana contains like 360mg potassium per 100g and other valuable nutritions. Think wisely. 99mg per caplet. 100 times 99 is 9900 and a banana, which weighs about 150-200g, contains over 500mg. Simple math; if you want to take 10000mg, you need less than 20 bananas. Which is cheaper and nutritious?
