We first discovered this over a year ago at Long’s Drugs which has since been bought by CVS. It is a great mixed fiber blend that does not even give my 80 year old mother gas. They are a great way to get your 20-30 grams/day of fiber that keeps the colon healthy and helps encourage healthy eating.

Love this product..have tried several others and nothing even comes close to how well these work. Used to be able to buy them at a few stores..now can only find on line..as long as I can get them..it is fine with me.
